Who we are and what we do?
Jaysh Care is a care agency with over 35 years experience shared by its founders and senior staff, already engaged, to ensure the highest quality of home care to all our service users.
Jaysh Care employs care workers and provides a comprehensive range of domiciliary and home care services directly to the service user.
After service users’ needs assessments have been reviewed, we will visit to empower them to tell us in their own words how and when they would like us to carry out the duties to meet their needs. We will ensure to give sufficient information to make sure that service users are able to choose and express their preferences. e.g. Male or female care worker.
By putting quality, care, professionalism, teamwork and partnerships at the heart of everything we do, we strive to be the most highly regarded care provider.We are keeping it up close and personal and person centred. We have secured the services of care workers and trained them to have understanding, empathy and experience of looking after individual, special needs.
We believe in people, and every service user is special and valued Every service user, and the care we provide for them, is unique Our professional work is led by the principles of caring, inclusion, empathy, dignity, integrity, respect and trust.
Care will be provided to those individuals, in need, who approach the agency directly, or are referred to us. They may be private service users, those who receive direct payments or referred from Social Services, Local Councils’ Care Procurement, NHS, CCG and other professional services.
We believe that each service user in our care has the fundamental right to:
- Be afforded privacy for themselves and their belongings;
- Have the opportunity to think independently, and make their own choices;
- Complain about anything they feel is unfair or unjust, and to have that complaint listened and responded to.
- Receive a service that says ‘Nothing About You – Without You’.
- Receive a service that considers their well-being, safety, dignity and choices as paramount concern it is delivery.
- A service that seeks to find what is in your best interest and respect it.
Our Approach
The quality of care and support we provide to the people in our services is always our priority. We are proud of our commitment to quality and as a leading provider in the sector, we are consistently looking for ways in which we can improve and enable the people we support to live the lives they want; lives which are fulfilling, meaningful and happy.
We aim to have Good and Outstanding services than any other provider in Health or Social Care, but we’re also not complacent and recognise there is always so much more that we could do. The people we support and their experiences are our best tutors and using their feedback, we will build better quality care for all.
Mental health is something that we can all relate to and something we provide support for in all services. Specialist mental health services support people with a diagnosed mental health condition, which can be anything from:
- Anxiety and panic disorders
- Bipolar disorder
- Depression
- Psychosis
Through self-development and collaborative support with staff, the people we support gain self-confidence and improved emotional wellbeing on their pathway to independence and recovery.
We will do this by incorporating the Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP)
- Discover your own simple, safe wellness tools
- Develop a list of things to do every day to stay as well as possible
- Identify upsetting events, early warning signs and signs that things have gotten much worse and, using wellness tools, develop action plans for responding at these times
- Create a crisis plan
- Create a post-crisis plan
WRAP is for anyone, any time. It will support you in being the way you want to be and doing the things you want to do.
